Interviewer: The money seemed to be rolling in after a period of 24 hours. But I decided to join Andrew for dinner later that evening to see whether the orders had kept up their momentum.
So Andrew, we’ll leave that heavy crème brulée. I was tempted to have a second portion but my…thinking of the waistline here.
Andrew Reynolds: It’s very good actually but my trainer wouldn’t like it.
Interviewer: Absolutely. Absolutely. Now then. We checked the last time…what, nine hours ago, didn’t’ we? On here.
Andrew Reynolds: It was just before lunch, wasn’t it? We’d done just…what was it? Just under quarter of a million pounds in 24 hours, wasn’t it?
Interviewer: Quarter of a million pounds in 24 hours. Will you let me hit the send-receive button or do you want to do it?
Andrew Reynolds: You’re really hooked on this now actually, I can tell. You’ve been converted already, haven’t you? Twenty-four hours you’ve been converted.
Interviewer: So can I do it?
Andrew Reynolds: No. You be my guest.
Interviewer: Well, this is our laptop which is connected up to the system. We’ve hit that send-receive button. See what happens. There’s our first order coming in.
Andrew Reynolds: Yeah. See, these are just from twelve o’clock. Sort of mid-day time that these were coming on.
Interviewer: And again, genuine orders coming through which you will have to process and get the product out to these people?
Andrew Reynolds: That will have all been done while we’ve been sipping the brandies and things, that will be happening. That’ll be taken care of.
Interviewer: This is incredible. So this is adding on to that 250 thousand plus that we were up to this morning?
Andrew Reynolds: This is since, yeah. The other orders have all been dealt with. It’s literally, minute by minute by minute.
Interviewer: It’s so impressive. This is such an impressive system, isn’t it? Just loading in here. So the next time we check this will be when exactly?
Andrew Reynolds: Well, I was hoping to get the weekend off and do something. So maybe if we check these again Monday morning or something.
Interviewer: So you’re going to leave this running for the whole weekend, see how it goes and check it Monday morning?
Andrew Reynolds: If you don’t have a need to get into it and check it every day then I’ll live with that and we’ll check it Monday morning because you’re bringing your guys over or something.
Interviewer: Well I’d like to bring the accountants and the auditors, if that’s okay? Just to check these through. Is that all right? We can do that? All right. So that’s approximately what, added on to the figure we’ve had already?
Andrew Reynolds: Very rough, round figures there’s another hundred thousand pounds there. So we’ve done about 350 grand in a day and a half. It’s not a bad day’s work, is it? Cheers.
