Reporter: So Andrew Reynolds, we’re here at a beautiful golf club and of course, the golf course is where a lot of business deals are actually made, aren’t they?
Andrew Reynolds: Well, that’s what I’ve heard in theory. I mean, my boss, when I was back in corporate days he used to tell me, “Son, you’ve got to go and get some golf lessons because that’s where the big money’s made.” It’s complete nonsense. I’ve never made a penny working on a golf course. I’ve got a cracking way to bring money in while I’m sat here having a beer with you.
Reporter: How’s that? What do you do?
Andrew Reynolds: Well, we literally…Last night, after I finished with you, showing you my school and everything, we put in place a Cash on Demand offer. We sent it out to a hungry group of customers, asking them to go to a particular website, to have a look at what we had to offer. And if it was of interest to them, to order the thing straight away.
Reporter: So yesterday, I set you that challenge as well, didn’t I? An actual challenge.
Andrew Reynolds: Absolutely. Absolutely.
Reporter: You’ve got your laptop here. So what’s the idea? We’re going to try and find out now if anything’s been ordered or…?
Andrew Reynolds: Well, it’s a bit early in the day. Normally I wouldn’t expect to get the orders through till this evening. It normally takes the day for people to actually take action. But I thought as we’re here we might as well just give it a try. And we’ll just see if there’s anything coming in. I have no idea what’s going to happen.
Reporter: So for you this is crunch time, then? Because you’re going to hit that download button and hope those orders will flow in?
Andrew Reynolds: This is crunch time.
Reporter: Okay. Shall we do it? Send Receive.
Andrew Reynolds: We’ll have to hit the Send and Receive button and we’ll just see wait and see what happens.
Reporter: I set you that challenge yesterday, didn’t I?
Andrew Reynolds: This is saying there’s something happening. Can you see this?
Reporter: I can see them downloading already.
Andrew Reynolds: You get 9:10 in the morning. Ten o’clock. 10:26, 10:37. 10:39, 10:41…
Reporter: And they’re still coming in.
Andrew Reynolds: This is like every two minutes.
Reporter: And these are orders that people have made their decision from a mail out that you’ve…
Andrew Reynolds: People have literally made that decision overnight to spend that money. Since I left you last night, I’ve contacted these people. I’ve said, “I’ve got this thing available. ” And they’ve gone here and they’ve put their credit card in.
Reporter: And they’re still coming in. So what are we looking at money-wise?
Andrew Reynolds: Let’s have a look down here. That’s the best part of 40,000 pounds just come in since we were together yesterday.
Reporter: You’re joking? Had I not seen that, those orders coming in, I wouldn’t have believed it, Andrew
Andrew Reynolds: But have you seen me doing any work?
Reporter: On the golf course.
Andrew Reynolds: That’s right. Exactly. That’s the lifestyle of the thing. You’re not sitting in a shop waiting for the money to come in. We’re out doing what we want to do. The money’s coming in automatically. And what happens here now is that this goes over to my fulfilment house. They send out all the stuff; they charge the cards, they do everything. At the end of the month, they send me a check.
Reporter: So you’ve made about 40 grand? Plus.
Andrew Reynolds: This is about 40,000 grand worth of profit.
Reporter: And that’s in just what? A couple of three hours?
Andrew Reynolds: That’s since…what was the first order? Nine o’clock this morning.
Reporter: That’s unbelievable. We’ll check it again tomorrow morning, yeah?
Andrew Reynolds: Let’s do that. Let’s meet up tomorrow morning, bring the crew along and then we’ll do some more live downloads, yeah?
